Gastroenteritis, diarrhoea... THE efficient natural remedy

Stomachache, diarrhoea... situations that often lead us to look for a quick fix. Therefore, we often end up taking antibiotics and this is a real problem.

Antibiotics can cause the total destruction of your instestinal (and vaginal) flora. It creates chaos in your body. And if it relieves you from the problems it's been taken for, it creates more disturbing ones in the process, such as the weakening of your immune system.

The natural treatment that I've tried and that have worked very well for my son, my family and myself is cloves.

And with good reasons, cloves aren't just good to get rid of mouth microbes, they can also be chewed and swallowed to get rid of intestinal microbes (bacteries, viruses...), but this aspect is almost completely ignored.

The active substance in cloves, if we don't want to chew them, is eugenol (clove oil). Of all the other essential oils used against microbes, eugenol is the one from which we need the lesser amount to be effective. But we can also mix eugenol with tea tree oil, thyme oil, peppermint oil and lavander oil, to mention only the most efficient ones.

Personally, I only chew three cloves in the morning and three more in the evening to say "goodbye" to a gastroenteritis in only one or two days. The above-mentioned oil mixture is also efficient against undesirable insects such as bed bugs.

The day my allergies and asthma disappeared...

I’ve now been thinking about it for months. I think I need to share with other people what I myself went through, in order to help the maximum number of people who my still be in the same situation I was in.

For years, since I was a teenager, I had taken all sorts of medicines (ventolin, flohale, serevent, symbicort, etc.) to “treat” my asthma et later my allergies as well (antihistamines: cetirizin, loratadine, desloratadine, etc.). I was surrounded by many medicines which all have concerning side effects and whose acting processes were limited and suspicious.

A few years ago, I started researching alternative solutions to my many health problems (among which, asthma and allergies). This research led me towards various directions and I was able to find efficient supplements for my allergies. Surprisingly though, my asthma benefited from the process and hasn’t stopped receding to the point that it’s almost completely disappeared today.

With all the inefficient remedies you can find online, I’d like to mention that it is important for me to only talk about efficient supplements, which have 1) been scientifically tested, 2) been tested by and on myself or on close relatives and have given significant results, 3) with the lowest possible amount of side effects.

Here is what I started to do: I took at first 1 gram (1000 mg) Vitamin C every evening (I will put below the brands and types I recommend), because it was mostly after a period of sleep that I had most symptoms (probably due to the night moisture levels and the presence of bed mites). I was still taking my antihistamine (just in case) but it wasn’t effective anymore, my body was used to it. From the very first days, I was able to notice clear improvements. For example, I would no longer sneeze in the morning. This was for me an encouragement to carry on my research in that direction.

I also found out that people suffering from asthma, in particular, had a number of deficiencies in certain vitamins and minerals. Vitamins B, D, magnesium… I thus added these vitamins and minerals to my list and today, I don’t need antihistamines any more, nor ventolin and what not.

I talked about that to my brother, who doesn’t have any particular allergy, but needed something safe as a hard-worker to cope with his daily workload and something that would ensure a good overall health. He therefore started taking vitamin C and magnesium and found out that he could take up to 3g/day of vitamin C and feel very well. Beyond these 3g, there’s no dangers but it can cause diarrhea, but you can work around this issue by finding the right higher amount for you or by taking an other type of vitamin C (discussed below).

Here are the products I recommend (best value for money), knowing that multivitamins are too low in dosage to provide the right amount for the substances listed below:
